Service Agreements: Refunds & Cancellations

Newtuple Technologies provides a combination of custom services and standardized products. This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for both, while recognizing that service engagements are governed by separate contracts.

1. Services

Refund and cancellation terms for professional services (e.g., AI development, consulting, implementation, and support) are governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or similar contract executed with each client.

1.1 Contractual Governance

  • All provisions related to service cancellation, early termination, milestone delivery, and refunds are documented within each agreement.

  • In case of cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, based on the work completed up to the termination date.

1.2 Third-Party Tool Charges

  • Where third-party tools, APIs, or infrastructure are procured on behalf of the client, any associated fees are non-refundable, even if the service is terminated.

  • Refunds will only apply to Newtuple’s scope of work and not to external or incidental costs passed through to the client.

2. Products (Standardized Tools, Accelerators, Downloads, and SaaS)

  • Refunds for off-the-shelf tools or digital products purchased through our website or approved platforms follow this standardized process.

2.1 Cancellation

  • Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or activated.

​

2.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis under the following conditions:

  • Failure to deliver the product as described.

  • Product is non-functional and our support team cannot resolve the issue.

​

2.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind requests.

  • No refund will be processed 7 days after the date of purchase.

  • Third-party service components bundled with the product are non-refundable.

 

2.4 Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 30 working days

  • Funds will be credited back within 5–7 working days, depending on your financial institution.
